Duncan: 'No Child Left Behind' creates failure for U.S. schools

I posted this article because I found it that it was inrtersting because no child left behind was made to save the chidren and in realilty its hurting them . Most of the students are not up to seep with the requrements that the schools have been given with no child left behind.
